Montana is a queer trans nonbinary integrative bodywork practitioner offering somatic spirit tending. Through a blend of massage, craniosacral therapy, polarity work, sensory repatterning, and somatic verbal processing, Montana creates a space grounded in presence and attunement. Their trauma-informed practice honors the profound interconnection of all healing—where individual transformation ripples out to support collective wellbeing, and physical healing deepens emotional and spiritual wholeness. Montana meets each client where they are—physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually—providing support for processing both current and past traumas while nurturing deeper connection with one's authentic self.

Somatic Spirit Tending

Somatic Spirit Tending Sessions are specialized body and spirit explorations to cultivate resource, unwinding, and release. Sessions generally start with verbally processing and holding space for whatever you are needing support around, and then bringing resource to the body using both energetic and physical approaches. Through finding and connecting with the stress and tension in our bodies and lives, we can meet that tension with deep listening, compassion, and the techniques that help it unwind and integrate.
